My power hour is in the power rack. My quiet time lasts 26.2. My happy place is at BodyPump. My cocktail is whey. My fat is now muscle. My muscle is my strength. My body is a temple.....and my temple will crush you.
About ME:
I'm just a fitblr like you out there trying to kick ass at the gym and in the kitchen! In the past 2 years I have completed 3 half marathons and 1 full marathon, all while losing 60 lbs in the process. Lifting weights is also part of my routine that I love, but, I am by no means where I would like to be....but, i am in hot pursuit of that muscle phone photo submission! :)

Recently diagnosed on 2/14/13 with Stage 1A Breast Cancer. Surgery on 3/25/13...awaiting next steps...but, not letting it define me. :)
